Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining the accounts payable process, data entry and preparing various monthly reconciliations.
This position demands excellent spoken and written communications abilities, with a high organizational aptitude. Candidate must have a high attention to detail, an extensive knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment. Maritime business experience is a plus.
Health insurance is available and 100% paid by the company; 401(k) plan available with company contribution.
Office hours are 8:20 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
